Yeast-free bread – Basically if it doesn’t use yeast to make it rise (and there’s no sugar), you can eat it. One common alternative to yeast is spelt.
Gluten-free foods – A lot of people these days require a gluten-free diet, so you should be able to find these products fairly easily these days. Millet, corn, and rice are common gluten-free alternatives that you can eat while fighting off a yeast infection.
Vegetables – Vegetables are never bad for you. It would probably be advised to keep away from mushrooms though (technically, these aren’t really a vegetable anyway though).
Garlic – Garlic has powerful anti-fungal properties that can help to kill off the fungus associated with a yeast infection. Raw garlic is best since it ensures that more of the active agents are there and ready to help heal you.
Fish – It is best to avoid meat, but if you can’t live without it, opt for fish. Fish is not treated with antibiotics the way that most other meat is. Antibiotics may keep your immune system from fighting off the yeast infection, which won’t help you.
